The information involved

A quote request holds nothing beyond the form itself: the ZIP code you typed, the conversion you selected, the optional description of your alcove, and the name plus phone number for the callback. Separately, the web server writes ordinary access logs, IP addresses and browser strings included, consulted mostly when separating real visitors from scripts.

The only things we use it for

Calling you back about the conversion, preparing the written quote, and arranging the site visit if you want one. Nobody sells, rents or appends your details anywhere, and no advertising platform receives them, ours or anyone else's.

The hands it passes through

The planner who phones you, the crew that measures your alcove, and the host that keeps this site online, itself bound by confidentiality terms. The list stops there.

How long it stays

Until the project closes, then through a standard accounting window. A short note to contact@bathtub-to-shower-conversion.com shortens that whenever you like.

Cookies, plus the map

This site sets no advertising cookies; at most, a bare session cookie backs the form. The embedded map wakes only when scrolled to or clicked, and from that moment forward the privacy rules of the map provider take over.

What you can demand
